The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with government agencies and assisting with immigration and employee-related processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, maintaining a professional front-office presence
- Coordinate office supply orders and liaise with external vendors
- Support team members with various administrative and clerical tasks
- Liaise with Thai government offices to support company compliance and operations
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and renewal of visas and work permits for foreign employees
- Manage employee insurance registration and claims, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Coordinate with Thai government agencies (e.g., Immigration, Labor Department, Social Security Office) for company and employee-related matters
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
