  • 1 Fund Manager - Chinese (based in Bangkok) - [Number of team members?]
  • 1 Accounting Manager - based in Rayong, aged 40+ (managing a shared services team of 5-6 people)
Systems Used: SAP, Manual processes, ExcelKey Challenges:
  • Monthly reporting to HQ in China must be completed by the 3rd of each month, regardless of weekends or holidays.
Target Profile:
  • Young manager, maximum age: 45 years
Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full accounting responsibility
  • Oversight of shared services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
  • Audit background with CPA certification
  • Experience in transformation, change management, team leadership, and continuous improvement
  • Solid compliance knowledge and business acumen
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage
  • Industry focus: Large-scale multinational manufacturing companies (BOI-promoted)
