Internal Audit Manager

• Develop and implement internal audit plans to evaluate financial and operational processes.
• Identify and assess risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct audits to highlight inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls and suggest enhancements.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving organisational objectives.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance across functions.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of internal auditing standards and practices within the retail industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using audit tools and software.

• Salary range: THB 972,000 to THB 1,188,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Performance-based quarterly incentives of 30-40% of the base salary.
• Annual bonus equivalent to two months' salary.
• Provident fund contributions at 3%.
• Comprehensive health and dental insurance after probation.
• Annual leave starting at six days, plus 12 business leave days.
