Support sales activities for existing customers in the automotive parts industry. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.🛠 Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and process orders, providing product and service informationCoordinate logistics activities including product shipment, warehouse management, import customs procedures, and delivery schedule adjustmentsManage inventory and data using SAP and Excel; maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and related dataHandle invoices, debit/credit notes, and resolve any related issuesCommunicate effectively with the sales team and support internal coordination✅ Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Languages, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in customer service within manufacturing, trading, or logistics companiesWork experience in trading, purchasing, automotive, or manufacturing industries is highly preferredProficient in SAP and Microsoft ExcelIntermediate English skills (mainly for email communication)🎁 Benefits:
