Warehouse Operator

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are right condition, right time , right quantity
• Prepare sample according to technician/sales request.
• Packing goods for export
• Prepare RM for production
• Receive FG from production
• Prepare sample for new batch incoming for QC
• Physical Inventory count 5%

• Conduct actual counting every month
• Conduct Year-End Stock count with Auditor
• Work in Oracle
• Delivery process 40%

• Ensure all document required is shipped together with goods
• Ensure all goods delivered is in right product, qty, condition, time
• Ensure good service of truck company
• Storage 20%

• Make sure product stored in good condition
• Keep warehouse area in safe , clean and tidy condition
• Segregate product by subinventory
• Oracle update 3%

• Po receiving
• Subinventory Transfer
• Inventory Transaction
• Prepare sample report every week 2%
• Unloading and stuffing Containers 10%

• Unload product out from container and rework pallet
• Pack all pails on pallet and wrap in safety condition for export
• Load all pallets into container and make sure suitable

• At least : Professional School
• Able to understand English
• Able to work with ERP system
• Preferred:
• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• Required:

• Experience in working in warehouse
• Able to work with MS.Office
• Experience in loading-unloading container
• Preferred:

• Used to handle hazardous goods
• Knowledge about safety working
