KEY RESPONSIBILITY:· Fully responsible for G/L and Reporting for each brand.· Responsible of day-to-day operation of each brand.· Manage & maintain Fixed Assets Register.· Perform balance sheet reconciliations.· Knowledge in Inventory Management.· Handle all related external parties eg. Auditor, Revenue Department and Bank.· Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations.· Ensure an accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end closing reports.· Handle ad hoc assignmentRequirements· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting· At least 5 years of relevant experience· 2-3 years of audit Background is desirable· Keen on reporting area· Good command in English skill both speaking and writing· Proficiency in MS Excel and Word· SAP knowledge is an advantage· Ability to work independently with tight deadline and high pressure.· Good personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn.· A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated.· An individual who can effectively multi-task and thrives in a hands-on role.SPECIFIC TRAINING/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:e.g. people management, computer literacy, retail know-how, marketing techniques, etc.· Full spectrum of accounting functions· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)· SAPGENERAL TEMPERAMENT:e.g. amiable, extrovert, positive, creative, innovator, etc.· Conceptual & Analytical ThinkingPREFERRED BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE:e.g. 2-3 yrs in the beauty industryBenefitsAL , PH , Provident Fund, Group Insurance ,and Dental claims
