As a Governance Strategy Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform adheres to regulatory requirements while driving strategic improvements. Key responsibilies include:1. Ensure platform compliance with regulatory and platform requirements for products, content, sellers, and creators. Drive continuous improvement in platform product compliance.
2. Create, optimize, and implement policies to mitigate platform risks and collaborate with moderation and other cross-functional teams to optimize policy enforcement.
3. Monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps, use analytical data to develop insights, and propose actionable solutions.
4. Conduct market research on laws, rules and regulations to identify stakeholders needs and market gaps.
5. Support localization, GTM and deployment of global initiatives and product changes in the TH market.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Working experience in any relevant industry or field, preferably tech or consulting.
3. Demonstrated leadership abilities in leading projects, teams or in other extra-curricular activities.
4. Problem-solving with analytical thinking, able to breakdown complex problems into constituent drivers.
5. High-achiever with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualification
1. Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness.
2. Proficiency with implementing and optimizing business processes.
3. Basic application knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel is preferred.
4. Excellent coordination skills and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams, with experience working in a global or regional setup preferred.
5. Program management experience.
6. Product business requirements writing experience and coordination with Product development.
