Responsibilities:
  • Drive internal control initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment across functions and locations.
  • Assess operational workflows and IT controls to enhance process reliability and risk mitigation.
  • Produce process documentation, flowcharts, and risk-control references as part of control evaluations.
  • Collaborate with departments to support the adoption of internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Conduct independent assessments to identify control gaps and recommend process enhancements.
  • Compile findings into structured reports and management summaries for decision-makers.
  • Monitor follow-up actions to address issues identified in previous evaluations.
  • Deliver awareness sessions, briefings, and staff training related to internal controls and risk topics.
  • Lead or support investigations into non-compliance, fraud, or unethical behavior.
  • Introduce and support enterprise risk management (ERM) tools, structures, and reporting practices.
  • Assist in tracking key risk indicators (KRIs) and developing risk profiles for strategic oversight.
  • Build a culture of accountability through workshops, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and implement systems to collect, analyze, and interpret risk-related data effectively.
  • Work closely with business units to identify potential risks, strengthen controls, and support risk-based decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or internal controls, in industrial/manufacturing or multinational settings.
  • Professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with internal control standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of English and Thai (both written and verbal).
