The Marketing team drives brand strategy, creative development, and growth and our flagship product. The Integrated Communications team fosters positive sentiment and community engagement around the flagship product protocol, managing everything from earned media to content creation. Together, these teams collaborate closely to amplify our visionand you’ll lead these efforts in Thailand.About the RoleAs the Marketing & Communications Manager for Thailand, you’ll craft and execute a localized strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive growth, and inspire adoption of World as a grassroots movement. Your work will make our product relatable, inclusive, and aspirational for Thai audiences.We seek a full-stack marketing and communications leaderstrategic, creative, and execution-orientedwith expertise in omnichannel campaigns, stakeholder management, and crisis communications. You’ll thrive if you’re self-driven, adept at bridging global vision with local relevance, and passionate about building communities.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement Thailand-specific marketing and communications plans, grounded in local insights, GTM strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Brand Growth: Drive app downloads and sign-ups by elevating brand sentiment through innovative campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with operations, product, legal, and policy teams to refine product’s expansion playbook.
  • Global-Local Alignment: Adapt global strategies for the Thai market while sharing regional learnings to inform broader initiatives.
  • Creative Excellence: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce high-impact campaigns that uphold World’s brand standards.
  • Brand Stewardship: Serve as the regional guardian of World’s creative integrity and strategic voice.
About You
  • 7+ years in marketing, communications, PR, or brand management, preferably in tech startups or consumer brands.
  • Scrappy, adaptable, and results-driven. You take ownership, innovate relentlessly, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to rally diverse stakeholders and navigate complexity.
  • Strong creative judgment and brand management acumen.
  • Deep understanding of Thai culture, media landscapes, and community engagement tactics.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Based in Bangkok (or willing to relocate), with Thai work authorization.
  • Bonus Skills: Copywriting, digital marketing (SEO/paid media), design (graphic/UI/UX), video production, or photography.
