- Verify HS codes and calculate applicable duties and taxes.
- Prepare and review all necessary customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Process import and export declarations through electronic systems (e.g., e-Customs).
- Coordinate with customs offices, customers, shipping lines, and other external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and requirements from relevant authorities (e.g., Customs Department, Ministry of Commerce).
- Monitor and track customs clearance status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and provide customs-related advice to internal departments.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to customs matters.

- At least 2-3 years experienced in trade, import and export work, Proven experience in customs clearance and international trade compliance.
- Familiarity with customs systems (e.g., e-Customs, NSW).
- Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field .
- Strong understanding of HS Codes, duties, and trade regulations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- A customs broker license is a strong advantage.
