You are responsible for reserve management, accurate stock levels and maintaining a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities
Ensures proper receipt, quantity and quality control, and storage of merchandise deliveries according to business priorities.
Ensures the restocking of products between the sales area and the stockroom, in liaison with the sales team.
Controls the movement of merchandise according to store instructions or operations in compliance with internal procedures : transfers, returns, markdowns, after-sales, loans, stock removals, VAD, etc.
Ensures an accurate and organized store inventory at all times - supervising the number of rotating store inventories (planning, organization, preparation and checklist, execution) and reconciling discrepancies.
Develops and shares ideas for better inventory organization, improves use of IT tools and increases overall efficiency.
Controls the costs of logistics partners (delivery partners, etc.).
Provides HQ with regular reports on stock efficiency.
Ensures that the stockroom complies with health and safety guidelines
Ensures that the store team complies with stock management rules and standards.
Rely on the support of a sales assistant to route products from the stockroom to the floor and ensure stock control.
PROFILE
At least 5 years' experience in stock management in the luxury goods sector, ideally as a stock manager (Operations Manager).
Ability to work in a demanding, multi-task boutique environment on a daily basis.
Perfect understanding of boutique operations and back office functions.
Be able to make proposals and demonstrate real responsiveness in providing solutions on a daily basis
Demonstrate reliability and exemplarity on a daily basis
Proven analytical and organizational skills.
Language Skills: Fluency in Thai and English are essential; additional languages are a plus
