Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and implement long-term sales strategies while leading the team in hands-on execution to achieve and exceed business objectives
Market & P&L Oversight: Drive aggressive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing the sales department's P&L, and optimizing performance across all channels
Key Account Management: Oversee and strengthen relationships with major retail partners in both Traditional and Modern Trade
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with key partners to secure new business and favorable terms
Experience requirements
6 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the FMCG industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a demonstrated balance of strategic foresight and tactical execution
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Deep knowledge of local retail channels, including Traditional Trade and Modern Trade dynamics
