Formulate Marketing Strategy, including roadmap, go-to-market/media plan, and budgeting for online and offline channels, to support Sales and Corporate Brand in achieving company growth and target
Work closely with the CEO and CBO to provide market insight on demand (industry, user) and competitor movement and marketing tactics
Build, scale and optimize sales funnels to generate high-quality lead for SaaS and AI products/services
Lead the creation, execution and analysis of digital marketing channels (Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, etc.) to acquire new customers and promote the right image
Initiate awareness and consideration campaigns, considering a good balance between brand and performance campaigns aligned with business objectives
Lead and support teams on events marketing, including event scouting (goal, objective, target), venue preparation, marketing materials, vendor management
Design and manage email automation strategies
Continuously finding ways to improve relevant process and internal operations
Lead weekly and monthly performance meetings, highlighting insights from social media monitoring, campaign results, and identify corrective actions as needed
Build, groom, and grow Marketing team and talents from the ground up
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably with Facebook Ads and Google Ads; and Event Marketing. Experiences in Product Marketing are a huge plus.
Strong understanding of SaaS and/or B2B marketing economics and associated metrics
Highly driven and motivated to support and deliver business results
Have a startup mindset and can-do attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
Ability to work independently and with teams to manage internal and external stakeholders
Passion for team leading and people building
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal
