• Fluent in English.
• A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA and CPD is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles and demonstrated strength as a Business Partner to senior stakeholders.
• IPO process management is an added advantage.
