- Managing and handling investment projects, conducts feasibility study, accounting research and marketing research. Drafts and reviews accounting documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificate and others, creates accounting investment structure of the projects. (together with an external accounting firm if needed)
- Managing and handling investment projects, drafts and reviews legal documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificate and others, creates legal investment structure of the projects, conducts legal due diligence on projects, manages legal affairs within the organization, initiates and pursues legal proceedings and actions. (together with an external legal counsel if needed)
- Communicating with business partner in approriate time and manner, monitors and manages situation of investment projects, identifies potential accounting and legal risks and issues and provides proactive advices to the company's management team.
- Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by a superior.【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ 25- 32 years old/ Any gender
- English business level
- Japanese language ability is a plus
- 1-3 years experience in real estate, hotel, mixed-use or related functions. (Not required but will be
considered an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. basic function and formula).
