About the job Internal Audit Specialist (English Skills)Job Description :- Develop and maintain a Risk Control Matrix (RCM).- Review and improve internal audit process based on annual audit plans to enhance internal audit efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness.- Conduct independent and impartial audits and analyses of business processes, policies and more.- Coordinate with various departments to improve gaps or problems found in business processes, policies and operations.- Organize training related to internal audit activities.- Familiarity with Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP) and Tax.- Management will be considered an advantage. Qualification :- Male or female aged no more than 35 years. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Auditing or Business Administrative.- At least 1 - 2 years experience in Audit or Accounting fields.- Good in English Communication Skills.- Experience as an Internal Audit or External Auditor from a Big 4 company will be given special consideration.
