Respond promptly to customer’s queries via chat within 59 seconds. Ensure all chats are closed in a timely manner. Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality of service and respond to customer’s query accurately.Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers using Chat application
Handle daily operations for both personal and business banking customers.
Resolve problems/complaints and follow up as appropriate.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong team player with positive attitude.
Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role.
