The Successful Applicant
At least 15 years in senior leadership, ideally within the insurance sector
Experience managing or transforming claims, operations, and IT functions
Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives
Strong strategic mindset with execution capability in regulated environments
Familiarity with insurance platforms, automation tools, and process digitization
Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach
