About the CompanyOur client is the company who develops and supplies customized flavor solutions for the food, beverage, and nutrition industries, offering services such as flavor creation, application support, and sensory analysis to help brands enhance taste and consumer appeal.Job Responsibilities1) Collaboration with internal stakeholders like R&D, Finance, Logistic and Operation team to accurately identify purchasing requirements.2) Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier.3) Sourcing, Evaluation suppliers to find the new source which comply with our food safety and meet quality requirements.4) Requested and managed sample parcels from both domestics and overseas suppliers.5) Negotiated purchasing terms, price and delivery schedule.6) Preparing and processing Purchase Orders and other procurement documentation with right quality and time.7) Support sustainable procurement following organizational goals.8) Other tasks as assignment.Experience requirements1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2) 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing role (preferably in manufacturing food & beverage industry).3) Strong in negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.4) Highly organized with attention to detail, proactive and ability to handle multi-tasks effectively.5) Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai & English.6) Able to work under pressure.Contact Person
