Supply Chain Planning Specialist - FMCG | 3 Days WFH

• Monitor order management to ensure timely supply and resolve any manufacturer or operational issues.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels, track obsolete stock, and manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) items.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to follow up on product availability and performance periodically.
• Analyse supply and inventory data to support decision-making and consignment placement.
• Apply knowledge of IBP and S&OP to inform planning, even without direct demand forecasting.
• Drive process improvements and automation in supply planning, including Excel and Power BI reporting.
• Participate in regional and global meetings to represent Thailand for assigned products or franchises.
• Support product life cycle management and other global supply projects to ensure execution of supply plans.
• Conduct scenario planning and simulations to model demand shifts, supplier lead times, and cost impacts; provide recommendations.
• Manage UDI, lot, and expiry controls, set loaner/consignment targets, and minimise expiry risks while balancing inventory efficiency.

• Strong experience in Supply Planning within the FMCG industry or other dynamic environments
• Familiar with the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process for long-term planning
• Passionate about working with data, particularly in Data Analysis, Process Improvement, and Automation (Power BI, Excel); experience with JDE, SAP, or other BI tools is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Highly organised, resilient, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively
