In your new role you will:
- Collaborate with internal and external counterparts and stakeholders to ensure product sustaining performance, and enablement in WTBKG on time and on target.
- Provide timely updates on data required to drive product performance, perform technical analysis, drive quality topic and be able to lead topic structurally and independently.
- Decision making, accurate and in time for non-conforming process outputs using problem solving methods, SPC and APC methods.
- Support production ramps or related issues by leading troubleshooting in case of issues between PROD, MNT, UPE, QM, by identify hypothesis, root causes in case of quality deviations
- Support transfer activities to meet company ramping targets.
- Establish monitoring of process performance, lead and support the tool installation
- Ensure robustness in process using APC, SPC or other control tools
- Perform AMSA, analyses the data using analytic tools
- Knowledge transfer, prepare and create work instructions
- Training of new engineers, interns and certify operators in WT Process.
- Participate in initiatives relates to WT and site level workshop, event as technical lead to represent department and external events required.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor company as product engineer or test engineers.
- Strong knowledge of product management, operational experience and exposure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in financial software and project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS project, Powerpoint presentation, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
