Tour Operator

• Travel Product Planning & Operation
• Design domestic and international travel itineraries, including pricing and service composition
• Develop themed travel products based on seasonal trends and market demand
• Supplier & Partner Management
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, and transportation providers
• Handle quotations, bookings, and settlement tasks
• Customer Reservation & Communication
• Manage reservations and input data into the system
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate changes or special requests
• Travel Logistics & Documentation
• Prepare travel documents, itineraries, and travel guides prior to departure
• Finalize confirmations with local partners and complete pre-departure checklists
• Issue Resolution & Quality Control
• Respond promptly to any issues that may arise during the trip
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement

• Prior experience in travel agencies or related industries preferred
• Proficiency in English or a second language is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility

• Driveing License
