- Evaluate tooling designs and manufacturing feasibility for critical foam programs, ensuring optimal surface quality and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain tooling specifications, standards, and maintenance protocols across regional operations.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to introduce new tooling technologies and best practices.
- Support regional teams in reducing rework and scrap rates through tooling modifications and process improvements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance local engineering capabilities and share lessons learned from past projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in foam tooling or reaction injection molding
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and CATIA; hands-on experience with tooling modification and fixture design
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and travel as needed
- Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
