The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.Job Description

Spare Parts Manufacturing: Lead and collaborate with the Tool shop and Molding teams to ensure timely and high-quality production of new insert spare parts. Summarize and evaluate the technicians' competency, capture lessons learned and manage Process Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives for continuous enhancement.
Cost Monitoring: Lead and monitor expenses and consumables, identify cost-saving opportunities, and serve as project group leader to follow up and monitor projects aimed at achieving BP plan targets.
Competency improvement: Organize training sessions for tool making technicians and assess their skill matrix according to the planned Competency Roadmap.
Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable results.
Identify and implement I4.0 / digital manufacturing solutions, including data collection, real-time monitoring, and dashboard visualization.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP.

QualificationsEducation Background:

Bachelor's degree in business administration / industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / Mold & Die engineer or a related field.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in precision machining, tool repair, spare parts manufacturing, or related fields.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with digital manufacturing tools such as Power BI, MES, or ERP (SAP preferred).
Experience in the automotive or high-precision manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
Knowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, Wire cut, Grinding, Laser welding.
knowledge new insert spare part making.
knowledge Mold tool repair process.
Knowledge material of engineering, Mold standard part.
Knowledge Jig & fixture making process.
Knowledge for ISO 45001,ISO14001 IATF 16949.
