- Being responsibility for include slider fab in lapping and Pitstop area for SPC monitoring/CTQ and defect trigger/ root cause for data analysis.
- Work in detail of mass product requirement and mass technology transfer in lapping and pitstop.
- Ensure that technology's needs have been met product and/or solution is fully functioning to problem solving in assignment project support.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals.
- Be assigned on additional task and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department, and company goal.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Open-minded and good attitude
- Fundamental of Science and mathematics
- Good logical thinking
- Good at data analytical skill
- Able for English communication
- Experience in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing is preferable.
- Know process engineering function.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience in mechanical & electrical system
