Job Responsibilities
Legal Contract Management - Review and analyze the contract , the attachments , the relevant permit Licenses , providing the solution related to legal conditions , legal issues, POA , - Manage low to medium risk contracts and create legal or contract documentation. - Maintain accurate records within the systems and monitors and reports on contract performance. -Legal research and provide solutions to problems and issues. -Interprets contract requirements, Supporting contract development, administration and/or project management activities. - Advise the internal section on routine contract management issues in line with the legal terms and conditions of contract and relevant policies. - Coordinate Outsourcing Lawyers , Translator rechecking the relevant documents such as a legal opinion , the invoices , invitation , report etc., before sending to internal users - Be assistant and supportive to Legal Manager /CDO other COs, perform other duties as directed. - Others task as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); holding a lawyer license *Candidate who has experience A or B as below - A : At least 5 years experiences in Legal from manufacturing or trading company - B : At least 5 years experiences in Legal or Law from Law firm - Conversational High Level in English ( Excellent English writing skills/ Good at drafting & reviewing contracts in English.) - Can communicate smoothly with various types of people, Able to think & act independently. - Experiences in Draft & create contract in Thai and English Solid understanding of Thai civil and commercial law, labour law, contract law, and litigation procedures - Experience in managing a variety of contracts (domestic and international), especially commercial, supplier, and land lease agreements - Ability to work in other provinces: Business trip to our factory(Udon Thani), around 2 times per month, (Average : 2-3 nights per times) - Able to work on some Saturday
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Food Manufacturing Background - Barrister-at-Law degree, preferred but not necessary
