What You Will Do:This is a core people management role that will oversee a team of client account managers, whilst also overseeing our largest most complex global accounts. You will be responsible for training, developing and future hiring of account managers, as well implementing efficient agile processes that make the team work smarter and more efficiently. This will both strategic in nature as well as client centric with some of our largest accounts, so will require someone who is a leader of people, highly organized and motivated.About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is a natural people person, a great communicator, curious clients and improving how they work with us, and proactive in understanding what can make a client's business better. You will be a collaborator who is a natural at problem solving and capable of developing a deep understanding of our products and services, to improve how clients do business with us and provide solutions that elevates their business objectives.This is a role for someone who has proven experience working in digital signage or technology solutions with Thai based clients. You will be systems literate, English language fluent and be able to make quick well thought out decisions as well as collaborate effectively with other departments to provide fast solutions that work.A typical day might look like the following:
  • People Management: Manage, grow and train a team of client account managers, ensuring they are efficient, prioritize clients needs and are using both systems and implementing official processes correctly. You will also be the core go to for your department by other departments, so strong collaborative communication practices will be fundamental to your and your team's success.
  • Strategic Account Growth: Work with business development in attending regular client meetings to better understand what clients are looking for and their long term objectives, before products and solutions are confirmed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for key accounts in Thailand. You will oversee and manage core accounts from initial sale to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Account Elevation: Look for new opportunities to elevate existing accounts through offering missing solutions that we offer which address their concerns and needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments ensuring all aspects of the clients interaction with Giant Pumpkin is seamless, and any issues quickly resolved and communication consistent with the client.
  • Performance & Insights: Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify new growth areas.

  • Collaborative Impact: Peer feedback reflecting seamless collaboration and consistent communication with our Bangkok HQ sales and support team.
Requirements
  • Time in the Trenches: You will already have a minimum 7 years in a proven client account management position in digital signage or technology solutions with global clients including a minimum of 3 years people management experience.
  • People Management & Rolling Your Sleeves Up: You will be the person the team looks to for solutions and decisive action. A natural leader, you are able to take complex problems, identity and put in place agile efficiency processes that drive efficiency and team understanding. You will be comfortable presenting at C-Suite level, as much as training a new starter on all things account management. This is not a role for someone who doesnt want to get stuck in and you will be expected to manage, train and grow a team, whilst also manage some of our top global accounts.

  • Bangkok Based and Thailand Exposed: You will already be living and working in Bangkok or have worked here previously, and have exposure to managing and growing both Thai and International teams.
  • Systems Savvy: You will be comfortable using both CRMs to track performance and understand client accounts from a data perspective, whilst being capable of preparing and presenting presentations as required internally to the team and to external clients.
Note: This role is not for new graduates, or a digital marketing role. It's a senior people management position, that is focused both on clients and growing a highly proactive and efficient team of account managers.Benefits
