・Interview : 2 rounds : (1st round) Sales GM & HR Manager, (final round) MD - Thailand, and Sales GM
Salary / Allowances
・Base Salary : 70,000 - 85,000 THB
・Allowances : Transportation Allowance 5,000 THB, ,mobile
・Others : Quarterly Commissions
About this Job
This candidate will preferably have some sales experience in the Thailand construction industry, with a proven track record of success, and should be able to confidently present and negotiate with current and prospective clients such as contractors, consultants, engineers, developers and more.
Responsibility / Job Description
  • Finding New Clients 70% / Taking care of Existing Clients 30%
  • Identify, validate, and establish contact with potential customers and projects
  • Actively manage, develop, and expand existing customer base
  • Transparently plan and forecast revenue
  • Establish profitable, sustainable, and diversified revenue streams
  • Deliver against personal revenue plans
  • Define customer- or project-specific value propositions and include all relevant departments in the process
  • Prepare and deliver convincing presentations that highlight the benefits of PERI solutions
  • Advise on and consequently sell the right solution or product to customers
  • Cooperate closely and communicate effectively with other departments and functions
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts
  • Conduct regular customer and jobsite visits and relay feedback to relevant departments
  • Assist the Finance Department in managing accounts receivable
  • Assist the Operations Department in coordinating deliveries and returns as well as claims
  • Maintain comprehensive records of existing and potential customers as well as influencing parties using PERI CRM solutions (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Monitor closely relevant developments at direct and indirect competitors and proactively communicate findings to Marketing and Management
  • Live PERI values and act responsibly to avoid any negative associations with PERI during and after working hours
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering field is preferred
  • English : Intermediate - Business Level (both written and spoken)
  • Experience : 3 - 5 years as Sales Engineer in Construction Field (+ 1 - 2 years in Sales role)
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Wore, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate complex issues clearly and comprehendible
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, trustworthy and reliable person
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural background
  • Strong negotiation and consultative skills
  • Having Driver's License and own car to use for work
