This role is a new position at Bluechips designed to ensure accurate and timely coordination between internal departments to make sure customers are adequately informed.coordinatorBluechips is looking for an individual with excellent communication and organisation skills. The main priority will be to ensure that the communication between several internal departments is running as quickly and smoothly as possible so that relevant information can be directly passed on to the customers.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and follow up between departments
  • Get and enquire on the requirements from the Key Account Management and Planning teams
  • Follow-up and coordinate in the shop floor (encompassing Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Testing and Warehouse to get project status and report to requester
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good communication and command of written and spoken Thai and English
  • Good understanding of the production process, particularly regarding electronics
  • Capable of coordinating and understanding the workers and managing data
  • Fast acting and work well under high pressure
  • Good natured individual willing to work without personal bias
