Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; provide variance analysis and financial insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal control policies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to ensure financial stability.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning, business decisions, and cost control initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop accounting and finance team members.
  • Support senior management in risk management and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
