Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Managing DirectorJob SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Director to lead and enhance financial operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in driving financial integrity, cost efficiency, and business performance. Experience in the automotive or related manufacturing sectors will be a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall accounting and finance operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Deliver comprehensive financial statements aligned with applicable accounting standards.
- Drive cost control initiatives and oversee cost accounting and inventory management processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance to safeguard financial and operational integrity.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Serve as the main liaison with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide financial insights and business support to the CFO and executive leadership team.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems and financial tools.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in manufacturing finance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Expertise in cost accounting, financial planning & analysis, and Thai tax regulations.
