Sales Manager (Located Chalong / Rawai)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Humanities, or a related field.
• Male or Female, aged 35-45.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a pleasant personality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform well under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership and ambition to drive success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
• Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong connections with real estate agents in Phuket and Bangkok are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Phuket's pool villa market and local areas is an asset.
• Background in Architecture or Construction is advantageous.
• Direct experience in luxury villa sales is highly preferred.
