Asset and Inventory Management - 1 year contract (SPX Express)

Job Description :

Monitor and administer the AMS, making necessary adjustments for cycle counts and addressing discrepancies between asset transfers in and out across various stations.
Consolidate and review monthly consumable materials and equipment.
Set up monthly budgets and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
Repair and Return Management:
Oversee the traffic of repair and return equipment, identifying items that are not worth repairing.
Forecast replacement quantities to maintain effective asset availability.
Ensure sufficient equipment setup for new locations, coordinating with relevant teams to meet operational needs.
Subcontractor agent and outbound transportation; check with actual tracking vs subcontractor number
Provide comprehensive reports on inventory management, including performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to senior management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges.
