
Asset and Inventory Management - 1 year contract (SPX Express)

- Monitor and administer the AMS, making necessary adjustments for cycle counts and addressing discrepancies between asset transfers in and out across various stations.
- Consolidate and review monthly consumable materials and equipment.
- Set up monthly budgets and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory.
- Repair and Return Management:
- Oversee the traffic of repair and return equipment, identifying items that are not worth repairing.
- Forecast replacement quantities to maintain effective asset availability.
- Ensure sufficient equipment setup for new locations, coordinating with relevant teams to meet operational needs.
- Subcontractor agent and outbound transportation; check with actual tracking vs subcontractor number
- Provide comprehensive reports on inventory management, including performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to senior management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to challenges.
