วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงานProduce and assemble injection mold fabrication for alternative operations, condition of injection machine, and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives by utilizing CNC machining centers, EDM/WEDM, and basic machine fabrication in the workshop. Ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality to enhance manufacturing effectiveness.Key accountabilities:

- Responsible for fabricating component parts for mold development, injection machine operation, and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules for enhanced manufacturing productivity.
- Works under general supervision, involved in the assembly, fabrication, testing, and installation of injection molds.
- Interprets component parts drawings for mold fabrication, injection machine operation, and Next Gen manufacturing initiatives to produce components for mold development.
- Utilizes CAD/CAM software to create CNC programs supporting EDM/WEDM/3-Axis/5-Axis machines.
- Conducts various operations on CNC machines, such as grinding, tapping, drilling, milling, and turning.
- Monitors all programs to ensure compliance with mold design drawing instructions and safety protocols throughout tasks completion.
- Assembles, fits, installs, and tests the component parts of mold development to guarantee durability and meet quality standards.
- Design and recommendations to the team for a new conceptual injection mold with expert-driven approach.
