Business Analyst (Insurance Industry)

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for system design, configuration, and implementation.
• Prepare clear and detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Specialize in insurance-related processes, including underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Coordinate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment between business and system requirements.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, and finance & accounting workflows.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and system design.
• Familiarity with insurance core systems; experience with eBaoTech is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
