Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues involving dosing equipment, including mechanical parts, electronic controls, and software interfaces.
Carry out equipment setups, commissioning procedures, and scheduled maintenance services at client sites.
Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper system operation and routine upkeep.
Act as a liaison between field operations and internal departments such as R&D and manufacturing by reporting technical feedback and recommending design or performance enhancements.
Keep comprehensive records of service activities, maintenance logs, and issue resolutions.
Provide the sales team with technical insights and support to aid both prospective and existing customer engagements.
Qualification Requirements
Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (Diploma or Degree level).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in field service, technical assistance, or equipment support ideally within the dosing systems or industrial machinery sector.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a hands-on approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
