You will handle goods receipt and delivery, solve logistics issues, track performance, and support continuous improvement projects. This role is key to ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations.What you will doAs our Warehouse Executive you will;
Coordinate the receipt of goods from suppliers and deliveries to customers
Manage material call-offs for inbound and outbound logistics
Oversee inventory control processes, including blocking, scrapping, and releasing materials
Collaborate with quality teams to ensure materials meet compliance standards before release
Support billing and documentation processes for all stock movements
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
Resolve issues related to warehouse operations, customs clearance, and transportation
Prepare and support KPI reporting (e.g., cost, payload, PDII)
Synchronize delivery timelines by managing ETDs and ETAs
Coordinate end-to-end delivery from port to customer site
Work closely with Production and Business Controller teams to align material flow with production and cost tracking
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse operations
We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Strong understanding of inventory control, customs processes, and transportation coordination
Proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience managing external warehouses or third-party logistics (3PL) providers is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the food industry is an advantage
