Qualification:
Age preferably 40-50 years
Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Political Science, Medicine, or other related fields
At least 10 years experience in senior management roles (experience in healthcare or medical business is an advantage)
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative
Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving profitability and growth.
