We're looking for someone to own and optimize Talent-related processes in Workday, such as Performance Reviews, Calibration, PIP, Development Planning, and Succession Planning, so they're not just operational, but strategic enablers. You'll have the opportunity to introduce new functionalities, continuously improve the technology to meet business needs, and directly impact on the employee experience and people outcomes at scale.Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize Workday Talent modules and elevate talent processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as an advisor to talent stakeholders and business leaders, translating business needs into scalable, share best practices, forward-thinking Workday solutions.
- Lead and drive the successful implementation of Workday enhancements and global releases with focus on quality, scalability, and business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Business Partner, People Systems, Analytics) to prioritize roadmap initiatives and align on business outcomes.
- Coach and upskill team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Explore and pilot new Workday capabilities-to future-proof our Talent tech landscape.
- Minimum 3 years of HRIS experience (Workday required), with strong hands-on experience in Workday Talent & Performance, Core HCM, Reporting, Security, and Business Process configuration.
- Proven experience or ability to drive system implementations and project management.
- Workday certifications or formal training in Talent & Performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable approach with high ownership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work effectively
- Familiarity with agile methodology and iterative delivery
- Highly accountable, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Zendesk, Greenhouse, Bridge, or other cloud-based HR platforms
- Experience working in global teams with cross-cultural collaboration
