  • Oversee and develop the content/advertising strategy and social media platforms for the institution, including Website, Facebook/Instagram, LineOA, and other online and offline marketing channels, aligning them with the brand and target audience to enhance the institution's image and build customer base.
  • Manage and plan marketing activities, campaigns, events, promotions, and public relations in accordance with the allocated budget, supporting the institution's sales efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data, competitor analysis, and develop marketing strategies that align with the target audience and company objectives, adapting strategies to industry changes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, graphic designers, and external partners or clients to ensure the efficiency of marketing operations and brand sales.
  • Demonstrate understanding of business operations, customer needs, economic trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Pixel Tracking is a plus.
  • Possess knowledge of online advertising, including Facebook Ads, SEO, and SEM. (A Plus)
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and work efficiently.
  • A five-day work week, with two days off (please be aware that the days off may not necessarily fall on Saturday and Sunday).
