Manage and renew certifications such as Site Management System, ISO standards, GFSI, Halal, and Kosher.
Design and implement initiatives that promote a strong culture of food safety and quality.
Launch FSQR training programs to enhance food safety, quality, operational efficiency, consistency, and regulatory compliance at the Rayong site.
Collaborate with the global regulatory team to stay updated on food regulations and ensure relevant information is shared with stakeholders in Thailand.
Provide support to operational departments on processes related to food safety and quality.
Conduct internal audits for HACCP, GMP, GFSI, and Halal standards.
Organize mock traceability and recall exercises to test and validate the effectiveness of the traceability system.
Improve document control systems for QMS and FSMS to better support related functions.
Lead Management Review sessions to assess and improve system performance.
Facilitate daily food reviews and share findings with the quality team and relevant personnel to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor QA budget spending to ensure financial control.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality Systems and Quality Assurance within the food industry.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety programs.
Ability to conduct hygiene inspections, GMP, HACCP, and GFSI audits, including supplier audits.
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
