Responsibilities / TasksJob Description
  • Hybrid role that owns the full customer journey from presales consultation through on-site commissioning and long-term account growth.
  • Crafting technical solutions, close deals, installing, optimizing, and continuously improving advanced processing systems mainly focus on freeze-drying business GEA RAY® batch freeze dryer.
  • Expect a highly visible position where commercial results and operational excellence meet.
  • As part of a global matrix organization, working closely with both local management and the global Business Line structure.
  • Driving local market growth, supported by processes and technical expertise from the central Business Line
  • Sales & Business Development (≈ 70%), Customer Testing Support (≈30%)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Develop and execute sales plans to hit order intake targets.
  • Maintain CRM, Project Management Tool to manage pipeline data to refine targeting and forecasts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer sample tests.
  • Support on-site installation and start-up of processing lines.
COMMUNICATION PARTNERS & DECISION-MAKING POWER
  • Qualify opportunities. Identify must win project.
  • Follow up sales opportunities, customer visit, technical solutions with support from Business Lines, deliver proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Assists customer in verifying applications.
  • Lead product demos and plant walk-throughs that translate GEA’s engineering and process value into customer’s business ROI.
  • Develop opportunity strategy to win projects.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Process, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years in capital equipment sales and/or process commissioning for food, beverage, or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and travel (≈ 50 % of the year, trips from 3 days to 2 weeks).
  • Fluent English and Thai, written and spoken; additional languages a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM and project tools.
