Job DescriptionA long-established and trusted global brokerage firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Business Development Specialist to strengthen commercial department within a dynamic Forex and CFD environment. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.Location: On-site - Bangkok, ThailandResponsibilities:As a Senior Business Development Specialist, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Manage a well-structured sales pipeline with clear, measurable goals
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored financial solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
  • Track performance, stay accountable, and drive results
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or investment products. Having a book of clients is highly advantageous.
  • Full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing. Skilled in negotiation, client engagement, and solution selling.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and confident in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Fluent or native level of Thai language. Advanced in English, both written and verbal.
  • CRM literacy is a plus, attention to detail is a must.
