This role involves managing documentation and coordinating logistics for both import and export activities. You will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and government authorities, to facilitate smooth operations. Support both the Import and Export teams with documentation and logistics
Track customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
Manage paperwork for import and export procedures, including invoices and packing lists
Coordinate product loading and unloading from containers for import and export
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
Prepare packing manuals for products and ensure accuracy in packaging
Submit Health Certificates and import/export documents to relevant authorities
Initiate purchase requests and confirm orders with suppliers for packaging
Prepare samples for customers or the sales team as required
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficient in both Thai and English communication
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Highly responsible and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Eager to learn and continuously improve personal skills and knowledge
