- Analyze end-to-end processes in corporate and institutional credit to develop and improve workflows in alignment with credit risk management policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Design and develop workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation/tools to facilitate communication and collaboration across relevant teams.
- Lead and manage credit process improvement projects, including requirements analysis, use case development, end-to-end system design, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation issue resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Business Units, Credit Analysts, Compliance, and IT to ensure alignment between processes, systems, and the bank's strategic objectives.
- Participate in various projects related to credit process and system development at both team and organizational levels.
- Oversee and review credit processes to ensure compliance with policies and quality standards (Credit Quality Assurance), including monitoring and resolving identified issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge or experience in corporate and institutional lending, or credit risk management for large corporate clients, is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Ability to design and analyze systems, including creating UML diagrams, ER diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Strong systematic thinking, critical thinking, and the ability to design end-to-end business processes to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Understanding of credit processes and quality control standards (Credit Quality Assurance).
- Ability to integrate technology and business process development to enhance efficiency and support the bank's strategic goals.
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Access, SAS, Python, and SQL.
