The Marketing Executive supports the Business Development team in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves researching market trends, developing marketing materials, coordinating events, and assisting with various marketing and business development activities.Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotion planning
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Energetic with a strong sense and passion for branding, marketing communications, and public relations

- Target Client Identification & Research:
- Research information regarding potential target clients from online and offline media.
- Select news about expansion, renovation, and new business from newspapers for management consideration.
- Prepare and maintain client target lists with details of client's size of business and target date of the project.
- Research client background and update marketing information to provide background information to the design team.
- Strategic Planning & Sector Targeting:
- Prepare background information and marketing strategies for target sector groups and submit to management for approval.
- Prepare next year's marketing strategy plan.
- Proposal Planning & Coordination:
- Prepare a plan, including resources, to produce a proposal.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing, using standard formats for briefing, to collect all relevant information for design proposals.
- Prepare presentations of credentials or show reels.
- Proposal & Creation:
- Develop quotes and proposals.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals.
- CRM Data Management:
- Add and update marketing information in CRM , including dwp contacts categories.
- Maintain a register of upcoming proposals, current proposals, and leads in CRM .
- Capability & Content Management:
- Maintain and update the company's capability statements, brochures, company profiles, and relevant project experience.
- Maintain details of design magazines/internet and publishers that have company information and keep it in marketing files.
- Review industry awards and present to MD. Prepare with the design director all awards submission relevant to the business.
- Promotion & Content Distribution:
- Plan activities and information distribution for the dwp Group of Companies, including print media, internet, and publishing, to promote company awareness.
- Develop promotion planning via design magazines, local and international publications, and the internet.
- Coordinate photographic shoots of completed projects and contact suppliers about selling duplicate photographs.
- Media & Public Relations Support:
- Maintain a media list and detail all activities in the media.
- Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing activities with other dwp offices.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare for weekly management marketing meetings.
- Event Participation:
- Attend marketing and promotional events related to business.
- Content creation (e.g., drafting social media posts, email copy, blog articles).
- Generating variations of marketing materials (e.g., different headlines, ad copy).
- Analyzing marketing data and identifying trends.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Personalizing communication with target audiences.
