- Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages. Support the annual salary structure review process and budgeting.
- Benefits and Wellbeing: Oversee the employee benefits and wellbeing programs and activities, including but not limited to health insurance, health screening, retirement plans, benefits enrollment, recognition program.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and analyze data, prepare reports related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Policy and Compliance: Review and update policies regularly, support internal and external audit to ensure compliance with local Thai labor laws and related local/international standards.
- Employee Support: Provide guidance and support regarding compensation and benefits inquiries. Coordinate and collaborate with the related stakeholders to drive and deliver a holistic wellbeing program.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
- Good in English communication
- Compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role, Thailand practice and legislation
- Payroll and benefits system/software
- Knowledge of employee's wellbeing program
- Program / Project management
