About our group:Seagate's Global Total Rewards team contributes to overall Seagate's Total Rewards Strategy and Programs to attract, motivate and retain talented people to successfully meet our business goals and compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and policies.About the role - you will:
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation packages. Support the annual salary structure review process and budgeting.
  • Benefits and Wellbeing: Oversee the employee benefits and wellbeing programs and activities, including but not limited to health insurance, health screening, retirement plans, benefits enrollment, recognition program.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and analyze data, prepare reports related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Policy and Compliance: Review and update policies regularly, support internal and external audit to ensure compliance with local Thai labor laws and related local/international standards.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support regarding compensation and benefits inquiries. Coordinate and collaborate with the related stakeholders to drive and deliver a holistic wellbeing program.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for benefits programs.
About you:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
  • Good in English communication
Your experience includes:
  • Compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR role, Thailand practice and legislation
  • Payroll and benefits system/software
  • Knowledge of employee's wellbeing program
  • Program / Project management
