Review and verify asset disposal requests (paper-based and E-record system), including approvals for sale, transfer, and conversion from AUC to fixed assets.
Collect and manage data for AUC to asset conversion.
Create IO projects and project budgets in SAP.
Monitor asset tagging and ensure proper documentation in SAP.
Prepare reports on pending AUC conversions.
Generate BOI 3.2 Cap machinery reports related to AUC.
Conduct assets count according to the annual plan.
Retrieve spare part issuance reports to classify as sub-assets of machinery.
Summarize and verify investment data related to BOI assets.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles in managing BOI asset data.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles, cost accounting, cost structure, and management accounting.
Proficiency in SAP system.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
Experience in the manufacturing industry and ability to work collaboratively with others.
