Job Responsibilities
- Improve and standardize inventory control in the spare parts room. - Coordinate and negotiate with other departments (Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.). - Provide guidance, training, and enforce standardized work among warehouse operators. - Plan and promote 5S and Safety initiatives within the warehouse. - Proactively identify issues and propose solutions in addition to handling assignments from Supervisors. - Drive analysis and improvement of warehouse operations. - Draft and propose optimizations for tooling, equipment, and storage layout by AutoCAD 2D, 3D. - Lead the design and analysis of KPI's related to warehouse operations. - Prepare improvement proposals and present them to the relevant department and management. - Manage projects such as layout changes or system implementation. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน -ปรับปรุงและกำหนดมาตรฐานการควบคุมสต็อกในห้องอะไหล่ -ประสานงานและเจรจากับแผนกต่าง ๆ (จัดซื้อ, การผลิต, คุณภาพ ฯลฯ) -ให้คำแนะนำ ฝึกอบรม และควบคุมให้พนักงานคลังสินค้าทำงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด -วางแผนและส่งเสริมกิจกรรม 5ส และความปลอดภัยภายในคลังสินค้า -ตรวจพบปัญหาเชิงรุก พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข รวมถึงดำเนินการตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย -วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานภายในคลังสินค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง -เขียนแบบและเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และการจัดวางพื้นที่จัดเก็บ โดยใช้ AutoCAD 2D, 3D -เป็นผู้นำในการออกแบบและวิเคราะห์ KPI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานของคลังสินค้า -จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุง พร้อมนำเสนอแก่แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและฝ่ายบริหาร -บริหารจัดการโครงการต่าง ๆ เช่น การปรับเปลี่ยนผังพื้นที่ หรือการนำระบบใหม่มาใช้ในคลังสินค้าJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. - At least 3 years of working experience in Logistics or Warehouse in any manufacturing. - Must be able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp or similar software. - Efficiency in the MS Office program (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting. - Strong presentation skills for both shop floor and management level audiences. - Conversation daily level of English *email and document - Able to attend a face-to-face interview - Management skill is an advantage ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาวิศวกรรมโลจิสติกส์, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือคลังสินค้าในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม -สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp หรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่คล้ายกันได้ -มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงาน -มีทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถนำเสนอได้ทั้งในระดับปฏิบัติงานและระดับผู้บริหาร -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาในชีวิตประจำวัน โดยเฉพาะการใช้อีเมลและเอกสาร -สามารถเดินทางมาเข้าสัมภาษณ์แบบพบหน้ากันได้ -หากมีทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
