- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Mechanical related field.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing , IATF16949 System
- Experience in Wiring Spring Process
- Skill in Management Team , Production Planning
- Plan and control the production of wire spring components to meet quality, quantity, and timeline targets
- Inspect and supervise the production process to ensure compliance with established standards
- Analyze and resolve issues arising in the production line
- Lead and manage the departmental team
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Production Planning, Quality Control, and Maintenance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for departmental operations
